Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How does access control work?

The system restricts entry to authorized personnel only via a chip card, PIN code, fingerprint, or mobile application. It records every entry and exit and can be integrated with cameras and alarms.

What is the difference between an IP camera and an analog camera?

IP cameras use an internet connection and provide higher resolution, remote access, and easier cloud storage. Analog cameras are more budget-friendly and use coaxial cables. For new installations, we recommend IP cameras due to their better quality and capabilities.

Can I monitor my cameras from my phone?

Yes, most of our video surveillance systems support remote access via a mobile application, allowing you to monitor in real-time and review recordings from anywhere.

Can I install the system myself, or is professional installation required?

Some of our systems are "Plug & Play" and suitable for self-installation. For more complex solutions – such as integrated video surveillance systems, access control, or automation – we recommend professional installation for maximum efficiency and warranty.

Which system is best suited for protecting my home?

The choice of system depends on the size of the dwelling, the number of entrances, the number of floors, and the level of security you are looking for. Most often, for apartments, we recommend a video intercom + alarm system, and for houses – a combination of video surveillance, access control, and an alarm. Contact us for a free consultation. ✅
